Over €50 (after discount) delivery is on us. Below that it is the courier tariff.
Cash on delivery: pay when it arrives, cash or card to the courier, or card at the locker.
After every order we call within one working day to confirm and tell you when it ships.

The courier brings it to your door.
The first edition is sewn in small batches. When we call, we tell you exactly when your parcel ships. Every order comes in a gift box.
Returns in 3 steps

Email hello@ninavaire.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. No reason needed.

Send the piece back unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is on you.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving it, by bank transfer.
For hygiene reasons the pillowcase and mask can be returned only if the protective seal is unopened. You also have a 2-year legal guarantee for defects. Terms
