Terms

1. Seller. Nina Vaire, Sofia, Bulgaria. Email: hello@ninavaire.com.

2. Ordering. You order on the website without an account. After you order we call you to confirm. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by phone or email. If we cannot reach you or the product is unavailable, the order is cancelled and you owe nothing.

3. Prices and discounts. Prices are in euro, VAT included. Delivery is free on orders over €50 (after discounts). Below that it is charged at the courier tariff and paid on delivery. The 10% discount applies to a first order, once per phone number.

4. Payment. Cash on delivery: paid to the courier (Econt, Speedy) or by card at a BOX NOW locker.

5. Delivery time. Pieces are sewn in small batches. When we confirm, we tell you when your parcel ships. This is never more than 30 days after confirmation unless we agree otherwise. If we cannot keep it, we tell you and you can cancel at no cost.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days). You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email us at the address above. Return the product unused, in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping is at your cost. For hygiene reasons the pillowcase and mask can be returned only if their protective seal is unopened.

7. Complaints. You have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Email us with a photo; we reply within 14 days.

9. Disputes. You can contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
